The SHABS have finally revealed the video to their third single ‘Lesson Learned’. This Cape Town based folk-punk band after the release of their latest album Can You Hear Us From The Back started an extensive tour of Europe, visiting places such as Belgium, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and lastly the UK.
The video was compiled from footage taken on their European tour. The bassist, Ryan McArthur said, “With this video we wanted to give everyone a personal look into what it is like to spend time on the road – we wanted to show people that we absolutely love what we do but that it can also be tiring, challenging and definitely isn’t glorious”. Furthermore, the vocalist and guitarist, Jon Shaban said, “We played 40 shows in 6 different countries and we pushed ourselves harder than we have ever before. It was great to reconnect with all our friends along the way and make some lifelong friendships which has always been one of our favourite things about touring. The video is a little glimpse into the adventure”.
