Harkening from a small town in Sweden, Folksy songwriter Land Of Trees has released a new pensive record ‘There’s No Blaming Time’ alongside an announcement that he will be unveiling a new album, Things I Don’t Know.. Yet, on 10 March 2023.

The new record begins sweet. Piano notes accent a plucked guitar riff that almost sings. A descending melody contrasts a melancholic chord progression to hold the space for Land Of Trees to share his thoughts, which emanate as a meditation on the finitude of life and acceptance of its inevitable passing.

As if in response, a violin celebrates the shortness.  After all, time gives life meaning. Likewise, Land Of Trees pours meaning and heart into music and refocuses his mindset. “So instead of blaming time,” he says. “which is basically just blaming ourselves, accept the course of things and what you cannot change and stop wasting more time on the past, it is unchangeable.
